Ate a dry aged tomahawk steak. Became violently ill 3 hours later. Threw up and had diarrhea so much that I was going in and out of consciousness. Had to call an ambulance to be taken to the hospital. Hospital said it was food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

I ate undercooked chicken from their deli the bbq precooked chicken wings. Woke up sick to my stomache vomiting and dealing with diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

May 27th 2021, Not sure food poisoning symptoms/ ate out at two restaurants-dinner then breakfast sick and vomiting at 4:30 in the afternoon  We had Denny’s for dinner -here breakfast? Is there reports from Denny’s?  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills

Had a impossible burger Ate impossible burger late Thursday nite. I started feeling nauseated Early Sun Morning. I got diarrhea on Monday. Tues nite 11pm still have diarrhea. It happened on Sunday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
