Got a pizza on Jan 12th ate it, and a few hours later I was very ill, I didnt sleep at all, throwing up with diarrhea. It took about 8 hours to start feeling better  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I’m really sick writing this statement. I have severe stomach pains. We had Ayce with new food items on menu including shrimp. I slept most of the night til I was awakened with sharp pains and cramps. We definitely had raw fish.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Had a medium prime rib on Saturday 2/17. Ended up experiencing vomiting on the plane ride back home, more vomiting later at home and constant diarrhea. Wasn't able to keep any liquids down initially  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
