Ate the enchiladas from the prepared foods section in Costco. My family also all ate it but I was the only one who consumed the salsa that came with it. I woke up a few hours later and was violently ill. I have been vomiting for over 10 hours and there is no end in sight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

We had a ten piece chkn meal with corn and mash. My family ate and then around two a.m. every person in my family was throwing up and having fever and chills only to be followed up by severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

I got my box (pizza breadsticks and cinnamon sticks) around 945 ate some of each and then woke up at 145 sweating with stomach cramps and have been having diarhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
