Got a pizza on Jan 12th ate it, and a few hours later I was very ill, I didnt sleep at all, throwing up with diarrhea. It took about 8 hours to start feeling better  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

I’m really sick writing this statement. I have severe stomach pains. We had Ayce with new food items on menu including shrimp.
