Lucky charms Galactic and St Pattys day versions. My children got really bad diarrhea in the summer of 2021 when they ate the Galactic version of Lucky Charms. We swore off luck charms until St Patty’s day we decided to give it another try. This time both were vomiting from it. Never again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Son had Lucky Charms and went to school and vomited. Is feeling fine now. Only reporting because it seems to be a issue. First time we have ever had a issue with product. If it continues and I don't believe it was the Lucky Charms I will retract.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I am 53 years old and have been eating healthy for a few years now. The other day I was craving something sweet so I bought some Lucky Charms. Bad idea, because after I was done eating it, I was nauseous and later developed diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Wednesday , Lucky charms I’m positive I had a bowl before bed and woke up a couple hours later with extreme stomach pain ect I actually ordered the cereal from target online so not sure where it shipped from may not have been my local store  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Once I stopped eating them I stopped feeling sick 
A few months ago I had a box of Lucky Charms. Each day after eating them, I had severe stomach cramps but didn’t relate it to the cereal. After the third or fourth time I had experienced some bleeding so I stopped eating them ,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Cramps

We think it could have been lucky charms Went to the ER because the abdominal pain was so severe. They could not find the cause. It was 4 days before feeling better. It happened on Sunday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
