today 9/11/2023 5 pm Soft swirl ice cream
Had a soft swirl come around 4 pm from Stew Leonards. At approx 5 pm I got clammy, nauseous and felt ill. I upchucked the cone and within 20 minutes started feeling better .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a chicken burrito with queso. The queso tasted a little off but was starving so ate it all. The next morning had serve diarrhea for the entire day. I do have a sensitive stomach i was completely fine until i wasn’t happened so quick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I had just a small vanilla milkshake from the store. It made me bloated, nauseous and sick. I am not lactose intolerant and can have ice cream just fine. I threw up heavily afterwards and passed out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
