July 4, 2926 Poor food practices and out of temperature food served It was the only meal I had all day. I had biscuits and gravy, which was the only thing I ate that my wife didn’t have also. I have never been so sick in my life.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

today Campbell's Mexican style tortilla soup The can did not appear damaged or opened prior to me opening and heating the soup. Symptoms included the worst projectile vomiting I've had and really bad stomach cramps and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
