Breakfast egg sandwich the morning of Nov 20th. Husband got symptom's within 6 hour's of eating. Two weeks of diarrhea, fever, stomach pain, cramps. He is now on two antibiotics. Stool sample test showed Salmonella!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

This is the second time I've gone to this Panda Express and have experienced the same thing. I ate soon after opening and experienced vomiting, nausea, disorientation, chills, cramps headaches extreme fever and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Less than 24 hrs after eating this meal i had crippling pain and cramps as well as simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea like I never had before. Figured out it was this because later on that day my 9 year old had the SAME thing. Throw out every bag you have. Something is wrong with this food  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
