I ordered a softritas bowl on 9/8 after a few hours my stomach was in terrible pain like I had to use the rest room but I couldn't. Now I'm nauseous and have to vomit NEVER EATING THAT MESS AGAIN. If I don't feel better my tomorrow I'm going to the doctor.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

Went to chipotle yesterday evening, ordered chicken salad bowl... within 2 hours was in so much pain. Vomiting, on the toilet for hours, still struggling today and it's late afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
