昨晚我吃了一个 Carnitas 碗，然后在凌晨 12 点左右上床睡觉，大约 4 个小时后出汗醒来，肚子疼得太厉害，无法重新入睡。我现在觉得自己在开火... 有点背景故事，我一直在吃辛辣食物，这样不会影响我的胃。我也是乳糖不耐症，此后我已经根据他们网站上的过敏原清单仔细检查了我的订单，尽管严重的胃痛和腹泻与吃乳制品的影响相似，但我的食物中没有乳制品。我通常喜欢 Chipotle，它永远不会像这样影响我，我很伤心他们一定降低了食物质量，除了我的碗只有一半装满的事实之外，我们都知道 Chipotle 以将碗和墨西哥卷饼装满到最大程度而闻名。所以我的钱少了，这使我的胃崩溃了。Chipotle 刚才可能失去了一位宝贵的客户。

晚上 10 点 30 分吃了一个 #6（2 个 chalupas 和软炸玉米饼）和一个强壮的玉米片烧烤炉。凌晨 2 点 45 分醒来时出现极度胃痛和发烧。还没呕吐，现在已经 10 个小时了  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 胃痛

I ordered a softritas bowl on 9/8 after a few hours my stomach was in terrible pain like I had to use the rest room but I couldn't. Now I'm nauseous and have to vomit NEVER EATING THAT MESS AGAIN. If I don't feel better my tomorrow I'm going to the doctor.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

Went to chipotle yesterday evening, ordered chicken salad bowl... within 2 hours was in so much pain. Vomiting, on the toilet for hours, still struggling today and it's late afternoon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
