I went yesterday had a steak brown rice corn sour cream cheese and lettuce burrito halfway through I just didn’t feel good at all, I spit out what I was chewing and threw it away, I feel even worse now., 3 don’t even want to eat and just feel so nauseous and want to vomit

Got dinner around 7 last night started feeling nauseous around 4 am diarrhea and vomiting haven’t stopped since. It’s now 11 am.
