Made a batch of Mac n cheese, after boiling the noodles, the pasta was disintegrating after 1 minute of boiling and the pasta water smelled formaldehyde. Ate a small portion and got such intense nausea and cramping for ongoing 4+ hours with constipation.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Constipation
