I felt fine from the morning and went to chipotle for lunch. I had eaten a burrito bowl consisting of carnitas tomato lettuce and guacamole around 11:30AM at approximately 1:30PM I began experiencing severed abdominal pain, diarrhea, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
