We had a Founders and pepperoni pizza from here and my 5 year old only eats the sausage and the people that only ate the Founders pizza have had vomiting and diarrhea for days - we are now in day 4 with this issue. maybe food poisoning ?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered a medium fry, and a sweet tea. I ate about half the fries and 2 bites of the burger. About 3 hours after I had severe abdominal pain and vomited for 7 long hours. I will never eat here again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

for ten minutes after eating with diarrhea. I woke this morning 3-27 to my wife vomiting and diarrhea at the same time and that continued severely all morning. I’ve had mild diarrhea and my stomach is super upset and cramping. It’s been that way since I woke. It’s 12:35 pm 3-27 right now.

I ate a garden salad with ranch dressing on Tuesday for lunch, had diarrhea within one hour x 4. Didn’t think anything of it. that my stomach felt weird & my farts weren’t farts anymore but diarrhea. My mom felt a little ill but it went away fast (which I’m very happy because my mom has Crohn’s disease & that would’ve been absolutely horrible) I used the bathroom constantly that night (about 8 times) I tried to take some pepto & eat some chicken noodle soup but I couldn’t even smell it for 2 seconds before I had to rush upstairs to throw up. Next day I woke up with chills, no appetite & that lasted for a couple of days until the vomiting & nausea came back. I seen the doctor on a video visit on Nov 5 because the ER was packed and I was receiving no help, and got some nausea medicine & was told to stay hydrated (pretty sure I was dehydrated as hell after that). Now on November 14th I am finally better & getting my appetite back. Worst 2 weeks of my life, I’ve been so helpless & I probably won’t touch fast food for a very very long time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Dehydration, Loss of Appetite
