us sign a waiver. We had no rides that he had done this. When he ate the first bite, he immediately started spitting up, coughing, having trouble breathing, his eyes were bloodshot and he struggled for atleast 30 minutes before he puked in the foyers and all over their sidewalk. The manager acknowledged that the waitress should have absolutely asked us for permission and had us sign a waiver.
