Food poisoning
Symptoms - diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain
Onset - approximately 60 minutes after beginning of meal
Suspected food item - Caesar salad (lettuce) or chicken (tenders - looked barely done)
Other foods consumed - fries, Texas Tonion, Coke  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

Ordered a spicy Italian sun and a tuna slim from here. I had the spicy Italian, I ate about 7 hours ago. I have terrible diarrhea and nausea. I was totally fine before, and this was alls I had to eat. This is my usual “go-to” and I’ve never had an issue before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate a hamburger at this place (I think that's what it was called and got incredibly sick later that evening. Had to go to urgent care. Saw online there not very good about keeping up with health codes. Will be contacting them about it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
