Symptoms started about 4 hrs after McDonald's. Extremely painful bloating, cramping and pressure in upper abdomen with vomiting, diarrhea, cold chills and sweats. Also a lot of belching and the only thing i could taste is the mcdonalds. Even after hrs of vomiting. Went to ER.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Chills, Sweating, Burping

Almost immediately after eating I and my brother was nauseous and severe stomach pain, diarrhea about 30minutes later. And we have been pretty much taking turns with the trash can and potty. I purchased 3 milkshakes on 6/15/18 for my niece , nephew and father. All three family members became very ill, especially my 87 year old elderly father.
