我在 18 年 6 月 15 日为侄女、侄子和父亲购买了 3 个奶昔。所有三个家庭成员都病得很重，尤其是我 87 岁的父亲。喝完奶昔后没人吃任何东西。症状主要包括腹痛、恶心和腹泻。但是，我年迈的父亲的症状要严重得多，包括出汗、头晕、感觉晕倒和虚弱。那天晚些时候，我从兄弟和父亲那里意识到，我所有的家庭成员都在喝完奶昔后生病了。我打电话给麦当劳商店，在晚上 8 点 30 分左右提醒他们可能出现的问题。我要求和商店经理谈谈。在我解释情况的过程中，我们的电话被断开了。随后我多次打电话给麦当劳，要么多头上涨，要么响起，然后是接机/挂断电话。我试图给他们在芝加哥的公司办公室打电话，但为时已晚。
