Around 9 pm tonight, I had two original chicken sandwiches, both with no pickles. Honey mustard for both, accompanied with fries which I had very few of and a fountain Coke. Less than one hour later, I had profuse diarrhea and vomiting along with the chills and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

My 3 year old started vomiting about an hour after eating a McNugget kids meal with fries, apple slices and milk. Apples and milk were both within a day of expiration date. He has vomited 4 times within the last hour. No other symptoms so far. May need to see a doctor if vomiting continues.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered a tall white mocha latte with soy milk. No whipped cream. Within 4 hours I was puking my guts out. Chills, sore muscles and severe diarrhea all lasted 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Soreness
