I ordered a carnitas bowl for pick up on Thursday May 5 at 7:10 pm. I had stomach pain throughout the night. At 5am Friday I started to throw up every half hour for 6 hours. Also stomach pain and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My daughter's favorite cereal is lucky charms. As a gift she was given 12 boxes of lunch charms. After eating a couple boxes she said her stomach started to hurt then she became ill. I had taken the remaining boxes and threw them away once I heard about it causing other people to be sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
