Ordered late this morning. #12 Beach Club Unwich with oil & vinegar, oregano & basil, and peppers. Same order I’ve gotten for years. Within two hours, stomach cramping. By third hour, left side, winding abdominal pain and nausea, soon followed by multiple bouts of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Bought a salad and have had diarrhea 2 weeks I bought a prepackaged salad mix and ate it for lunch and by that night I had diarhea and it's been non stop for 2 1/2 weeks with 2 trips to my doctor. Doctor advised this was good poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Scallops One person, the only person who ate the scallops, symptoms came within 1-2 hours of eating them, lasted 36-48 hours, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate around 1 pm and I started feeling sick about half an hour to an hour later. I couldn’t eat for the rest of the day due to nausea and I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of diarrhea making me get out of bed every hour or so and the stomach pain in general was too bad to sleep with  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
