Since yesterday morning MOs burger in the Wind creek resort Bethlehem, PA I ate a cheeseburger and FF on Friday September 8, 2023 at 1:00 am. I began have symptoms at 9:00 am on September 9, 2023. I am still suffering with symptoms today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I purchased a Caesar salad with grilled chicken on Saturday, May 5th, 2023 around 1:00 pm.
Upset stomach after that for the remainder of the day/night.
Went to lay down for bed around 11:30 pm. By midnight, I was running into the bathroom.
My vomit was all lettuce  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
