I assumed it was from a sensitive stomach the one time, but less than 12 hours after eating it, sometimes just a few hours, I develop very uncomfortable diarrhea and nausea. I eat it with oat milk and have eaten it with different oat milk brands, so I don’t think that’s the cause.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
