My company ordered a bunch of food today, hot dogs, fries and burgers. I had one hotdog with the cheese whiz. Since then, I've had multiple bouts of diarrhea, and now have chills, severe cramping, and a headache on top of it. What the heck are you guys doing there???  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

After eating my daughter and I both had diarrhea and upset stomach. She is still sick today. I am slightly sick still have diarrhea but started getting the chills later today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

I only ate one thing last night and it was this location of Taco Bell. I had a Beefy 5 Layer Burrito, Cheesy Beef Burrito, and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. I have been vomiting and diarrhea all day long.
