Yesterday to now Gardein plant based chili it was on deep cut sale at stop and shop; it just said closing out and was priced 3 dollars cheaper a can I am still having a hard time holding down water. I just opened the van and heated it up  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered the southwest Caesar salad with chicken and a bowl of chicken soup and had it delivered for dinner. I woke up around 1:30am with a horrible stomach ache and then over the next 24 hours it was the worst pain of my life. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to eat there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
