Saturday afternoon approx 1:40pm i ordered just a quarter pounder with cheese. About 2.5 hours later i started feeling nausea and stomach discomfort. Around 5 to 5:30 pm i started having diarrhea. This is now Monday at 3pm and the nausea is gone which ended sunday, but… See more

At dinner at about 830 in the evening, had the chicken tender combo with macaroni and a cinnamon twist. It came with a biscuit and sauce for the chicken, I chose ranch. I drank pink lemonade. Symptoms started suddenly about 4 hours later. I became sick shortly after that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I hated ate all day around 11am I went to Wendys and order a baconator combo. Immediately after eating I was nauseous and had horrible stomach pains. Went home and still was in pain I decided to take a nap to rid myself of the pain. Didn't wake til 10pm having diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I had eaten an Italian Stallion grinder about two or three pm and at midnight I felt like I had been punched in the stomach, started throwing up up, got feverish. I threw up all night long then had diahreah, headache and sweating profusely.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
