I went yesterday and thought I was just having cramps the day before my period. But I had diarrhea too and I didn’t get my period the next day. It only started after I ate, which is when I started to get slight stomach pain, which slowly kept escalating  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
