My son has never thrown up. He's 4 and vomiting for the last hr. He had a cheese burger kids meal and fries. Which he doesn't get fast food often so it was like a prize but now I regret it..  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I love Wendy’s don’t get me wrong, but as of lately I ALWAYS end up gettin extremely sick after eating wendy’s And I’m in pain for hours. :( I get the same thing every time and I don’t visit frequently, chicken nuggets and frenchfries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a boneless buffalo chicken meal, fries and a sweet tea. Had ranch dipping sauce. Ate the meal and about 30 mins later started to have intense abdominal pain and a bit later diarrhea. I had diarrhea for several hours and then started vomiting multiple times.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
