Ate a salad at 1:15pm with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, green salsa, and corn salsa. Started feeling bad around 6pm. Nausea, bloated stomach, malaise, hot and cold flashes. Vomited extremely violently around 10pm. Still feeling terrible. Not over yet.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

I got a chocolate milkshake around 6 pm Dec 2nd. Shared with my girlfriend but I drank most of it, she got diarrhea within 1 hour, mine after 2 hours, hurting nausea, we both agree it must have been the milk shake that did this to us.… See more

I ate the Bazooka Toast and started feeling ill within an hour. The egg was definitely undercooked. I started vomiting and didn't stop for 12 hours. It was also accompanied with a low-grade fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
