I had an Artisan Egg sandwich with bacon and a Mornin Melt Panini with sausage. The eggs tasted off so I didn’t finish either sandwich. I got severe gastroenteritis 8 hours later, with a low grade fever. I consumed no other food all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas

Ate a salad at 1:15pm with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, green salsa, and corn salsa. Started feeling bad around 6pm. Nausea, bloated stomach, malaise, hot and cold flashes.
