I got a bowl with steak black beans white rice, pico, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese. I’m praying my son who had carnitas in his cheese quesadilla isn’t sick. I had it 4 hrs ago and I have been throwing up for the last 30 minutes  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Extreme Vomiting After Salad

Ate a salad at 1:15pm with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, green salsa, and corn salsa. Started feeling bad around 6pm. Nausea, bloated stomach, malaise, hot and cold flashes. Vomited extremely violently around 10pm. Still feeling terrible. Not over yet.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
