Ate a salad at 1:15pm with brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa, green salsa, and corn salsa. Started feeling bad around 6pm. Nausea, bloated stomach, malaise, hot and cold flashes. Vomited extremely violently around 10pm. Still feeling terrible. Not over yet.
