Ate Totinos Supreme frozen pizza next day severe diarrhea. Lethargy, stomach cramps. Could not get out of bed for 3 days. Got better, didn't contribute it to the pizza, ate another one 2 days later, same symptoms!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Went to breakfast on Saturday morning and by 1pm had cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting, and nausea. It's 3am Sunday morning now and I seem to be passed the worst of it hopefully. Still have severe diarrhoea but haven't vomited for some hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
