After eating a cheeseburger Went to go buy a kids meal cheeseburger around noon today, ate it on the way home and started feeling nauseous after getting home. Took a nap to try to feel better and woke up around 4:30 PM feeling worse. Woke up with diarrhea and throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
