I went through the drive-thru at here on Sept. 1, 2023 about 9:30 p.m. I ordered my usual, The Market Salad which has chicken. Within 3 hours,
I was feeling very sick. My symptoms were:
Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected source: Banana
Onset: Right away
Duration: Less than 4 hours
Sick: Me
Additional information: explosive vomiting within 30 minutes, Are 1 banana, started feeling odd within 15 minutes. Projectile vomiting 15 minutes after that.
No other food eaten prior or after.
