After eating I became ill within 15 minutes. Severe vomiting, stomach pain/cramps and diarrhea. It's been 24 hours and still suffering. Can't intake anything other than sips of water.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain

chicken wings from there. 2 people together Ate Atomic wings at approximately 1pm Friday 2/7/20, nausea, vomiting, and diahrea started at approx. 10pm for both people and lasted approx 6 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 3 onion rings. 3 hrs later woke up feeling sick. Started vomiting and diarrhea. Also terrible chills. Maybe had a fever but couldn't confirm. Had vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hrs almost.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
