Reported sushi to manager, she comped it off our bill. Ended up in emergency room that night due to vomiting nausea fever diarrhea and severe abdominal pain. Have finally recovered almost two weeks later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Was sick about 20 minutes after leaving. Coming up and out. I ate shrimp, Went there to eat, April 5th 2019. 2 people ate. Both ate shrimp. Both got sick, about 20 minutes after leaving restaurant.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

Burger King , 2 people got sick and i say within 1 hr of eating the food i began to feel nauseous and queasy, i had abdominal pain and diarrhea, and withing 4hrs i waa throwing up everything from my weekend  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Bacon and Cheese Jr Whataburger, The burger was extremely salty but just assumed it was the bacon. Consumed burger around 10 pm. Woke up at about 5 am with stomach cramps. Had to use the bathroom (diarreah). From there began to vomit. Was nausea the whole day. Couldn’t eat anything. Stil  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
