The only thing consistent I’ve had since I came to Brenham was McDonald’s breakfast ..I had hash browns twice in a row and experienced the same symptoms as well as their breakfast sandwich with sausage  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
