Stomach bug or food poisoning  I had the cowboy tots around noon on Sunday and woke up the next morning very nauseous. I was nauseous all day long and then got hit with severe diarrhea about 6 pm last night and it has not stopped yet. It’s now almost 11:30 am   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

3 people in family got severe diahrea. 9 year old got the sickest and had stool sample confirming shiga like proteins. He had bloody diahrea as well and severe stomach cramps. Symptoms arose a 2-3 days after ingestion  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool
