I went to this restaurant on Saturday afternoon and got a Italian sandwich and hours after eating the throwing up and temperature started to rise to the highest of 101.5. I just want to make sure this business is doing the proper things to ensure a clean environment. Thanks for your help  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
