I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and ate it for dinner. I woke up with really bad stomach pains. I went to work in hopes it would go away and began vomiting. I went home sick for the day and have had horrible stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain

Around 11:30 I ordered a big mac from McDonald's, however they have me chicken nuggets instead, and I didnt notice until I got back to school. I ate them anyway and then got sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at about 2:30. I've had diarrhea every 30 minutes. I had the chiken fries and the chicken nuggets. I also drank a coke ice. My stomach hurts. I can't leave home because I need to poop every​ 30 minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

9:30 pm dinner for 2, my friens had hamburger fries & onion rings. I had $4. Value biscuits & gravy, scrambled & hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were undercooke, not browned but i ate them anyways. Been sick in bed 3 days now.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
