I ate a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich at about 10 am. By 11, my stomach was feeling odd. By 1, I had a horrible stomach ache. By 5, I was feeling dizzy and nauseated. At 7, I started vomiting every 30 mins until about midnight.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for lunch around 12:30pm. Used the restroom one time between 1:00 and 3:00, then had diarrhea three times within a two hour window.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Hadn't eaten anything since 4pm. Got a subway sandwich, chicken teriyaki at around 10:30. Went grocery shopping then home. Started eating the sand which around 11:15-11:30 and within 30 minutes it felt like my chest was going to explode. I had a fever and chills going on… See more

I got these 2 item to go around 6pm on March 12th 2016, ate them right away, and was sick all night long and the day after until now - I still feel bad, but should be on my way to recovery. No more Taco Bell - or fast food - for me. Anymore.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
