We work at a doctor's office. We ordered food from chipotle. Within an hour of eating, 80% of the employees that had the food experienced intense abdominal pain, nausea, aggressive vomiting, fever/chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
