I ordered the Caesar salad and tortilla soup. I started having severe stomach pains about 30 minutes later. Now I can’t get off the toilet. The diarrhea is watery and bloody. The stomach pains are still present 9 hours later. This is definitely ecoli.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

First off, service wasn’t great. We had to ask several times to see our server. But I got a medium well sirloin and a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad. Saturday around 12pm and I had it confirmed with Urgent Care that it was E coli which can take 2-5 days until symptoms arise. I was on a beach trip with two other friends and after I ate the salad everyone had the same breakfast, lunch and dinner. So the only thing I had which no one else had was the salad. I'm assuming this place gets their salad in bag from a supplier and it might not be the restaurants fault but they need to check into the supplier or it can be poor hygiene as well from the employees using the restroom and not washing their hands before returning to work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other
