Got Taco Bell with boyfriend and his dad last night. They are both fine while I had stomach cramps, fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea. The only difference is I had a Crunchwrap which had lettuce and tomatoes while nothing they ate did.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps

I ate a chicken bowl on Sunday...maybe almost two hours later I was violently throwing up nauseated and dizzy and then diarrhea the next day. Smh.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Ate the basic chicken sandwich for dinner. I didn't even have fries, just the sandwich. Within a couple of hours I had diarrhea and vomiting all through the night and chills. Still recovering the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
