Costco Yakisoba noodles, Three to four hours after eating Costco's yakisoba noodles, my son and I were vomitting. My wife and daughter experienced diarrhea. My son and I both vomited 4-5 times. Ate eggs ,french toast, sausage ,and a Dr pepper - Just me. 6 hours . Got sudden urge to run to bathroom that ended up with me sitting by the bathroom for my eintire work shift then I was so hot I couldn't get warm and I passed out waking up every few hours to run to the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
