I ate two cocktail cucumbers and a premade Simply Fresh Ultimate BLT Chicken Salad for lunch. About three hours later my stomach started to hurt and I threw up. Very painful gas bubbles in the abdomen and nausea and diarrhea for the next two days. Was feeling completely fine before I ate the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas

Ate chipotle around 8pm on Sunday May 5th., I ordered a burrito bowl with barbacoa meat at 8pm. I woke up around 6:30am with nausea then started vomiting and having diarrhea. The only other thing I ate that day was a pb&j sandwich. My sister also ordered chipotle, but chose chicken for her meat.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
