Grandson , ate chef boyardee microwave bowl of spaghetti and meatballs . Twice in a week both times vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain. Didn't know the first time but the second time eating it knew what made him sick. Bought at Kroger in ronceverte wv.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Right now El Monterey Chicken Chimichanga It was the only thing I ate yesterday at all. I had two of them around 6 pm. Woke up at 4 am and haven’t stopped vomiting and having diarrhea since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Kroger skinless chicken breasts, or asparagus from Kroger's produce., We had chicken and aspargus lastnight at around 6:30pm. Jbc, At about 630 I bought 2 4 for 4 meals I ate the junior bacon cheeseburger and my son ate the fries and nuggets I felt sick and began the throwing up and diarrhea at about 10 pm and it hasn't stopped this was on March 4th I've had fever and chills and stom  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
