Ate at long John silvers for lunch on this past Friday and by 4:30 Friday afternoon was getting extremely ill, Not sure about how many but I ate 2 chicken planks and one piepi of fish, think it was the fish, took about 4 to 4 and hours before symptoms started  | Symptoms: Vomiting

First time I have ate at this location. Ordered 2 jr. chicken, and 1, jr. cheese burger. Within 1 hour headache began to develop. By the 2nd hour nausea and vomiting, as well perfuse sweating were acute.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating
