Not sute Came on suddenly weak fatigue feeling. Diarrhea started bad then vomited heat from a shower caused more vomiting tried this twice both times same thing going on 48 hrs vomiting has subsided however no solid bowel every hr or so unless laying down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue

Not sure, possible mushroom or steak 2 hours. 1 person. new Year's dinner. Steak, puree potatoes, mushrooms. About 5 sips of a cocktail that wasn't good. Within 2 hours didn't feel good. Within 5 hours diarrhea, then vomit. Still with fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Chicken with rice or the salad  After an hour and a half I was laying on my bathroom floor throwing up with explosive diarrhea, on Christmas Eve. Sick all day Christmas not how I wanted to spend my holiday   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
