I ate here for lunch yesterday ( double Big Mac meal large sized with a dr. Pepper, 10 pc nuggets with bbq sauce, 2 mcchickens, large Oreo mcflurry, and an apple pie ) and now my tummy hurts. Somethings wrong  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

I had a big Mac, while I was eating I kept smelling raw meat . I stopped eating it , and for the past 3 days I been in the bathroom. I'm so sick I know I'm dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

Ate at 6pm, Big Mac sauce tasted super vinegary and burger was cold. Stomach was painfully bloated. stomach cramps started 9pm and Diarrhoea soon after. 11pm chills, hot flushes and nausea started. Almost vomited but had more diarrhoea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills, Bloating
