I got a fish sandwich and fries for lunch. My symptoms started a couple hours later with stomach cramps and nausea. The symptoms worsened throughout the day. Around 9:00 pm I threw up 6 times and had diarrhea. My temperature was 100 degrees.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate here on the 23rd for dinner with my in-laws. I hat the fried fish sandwich. About 7 hours later I was throwing up. Ended up going to ER due to being serverely dehydrated and blacking out.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
